  You can test these from this login

  1. Teammates: add a new staff member, give them a role and branches, then sign in as them.
  2. Roles & access: build a custom role (tick modules and actions) and check that the menu changes for that user.
  3. Doctors → any doctor: click a free time to close that slot, click again to reopen it. Edit the weekly OPD timings from Roster.
  4. Escalation rules and Knowledge base: change a rule or an answer, then use the sync button on Escalation rules so Priya picks it up.
  5. Billing: create an invoice from an appointment, mark it paid (cash, UPI, card or insurance) and print it.
  6. Reports and Audit log: see calls, bookings and AI-vs-human handling, and who changed what.
